Our futons are made from 100%
cotton fabric casing and are hand tufted to ensure there is no tearing
of the fabric, as may occur in machine tufted futons. We buy only
premium quality materials and are happy to make special orders to
suit your needs. We have a range of fibres and thicknesses available.
For an extra firm centre support ask our staff about adding coconut
fibre to the centre of your futon. Our futons are made so you can
sleep on either side with comfort and we use all Australian content
in our futons where possible, so we keep Australians and Australian
industry moving. Come in and try them and compare!

Our
futons are handmade and hand tufted for superior quality to give
you a comfortable sleep!
We are a family business and have been in the
futon industry for about 20 years. Our futon mattresses, bolsters
and futon cushions are made exclusively for us by us. They are all
hand made to ensure premium quality and our futons and futon cushions
are hand tufted to ensure no tearing of fabric. We use
only the best fills available: ...quality Australian wool ...solid
foam (not crumbed)...natural latex....pure carded (combed) cotton
(not loose fill) and quality coconut fibre - coir (bonded with natural
latex).
We are happy to customise your futon order to your specific needs.
We are also well known for our quality shiatsu mats,
cotton bolsters, cot mattresses & futon cushions. We
have recently introduced natural latex and/or coconut fibre (coir)
inner core to our futon range (ask staff for details).

our fillings are made into layers (batts) to ensure we produce a
premium quality product that will last. Cotton
= natural lofty filling that compresses with time to give firmness
and support to a futon mattress, this is used in traditional futon
mattresses.
Wool = natural
lofty filling that creates "loftiness" in a futon mattress
with the added benefits of natural insulation.
Foam = light
resilient material that increases the longevity of your futon
and creates a more contoured sleep.
Natural Latex
= natural resilient material that allows air circulation, increases
the longevity of your futon and creates a more contoured sleep.
Coconut Fibre (Coir)
= natural resilient material that creates firm support in your
futon mattress, it allows air circulation and it increases the
longevity of your futon. |
